Our products are sent directly to you from our workshop. Your shipping cost will be calculated after purchasing the product. Our caring managers will contact you via email. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
We believe having sheepskin in your home is life changing and we are pretty sure you won’t regret it. But we also know it’s sometimes a little hard to figure out the best size, color or length for your purpose. And while we do our best to accurately represent our product online it can be a bit tricky because sheepskin is a natural product, and every piece is beautifully unique.
So, if your sheepskin isn’t quite right, we give you the opportunity to return it to us, for an alternative product, a store credit, or a refund. We want you to love it as much as we do.

• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. To make the process smoother, we suggest retaining the original packaging during this period in case you decide to make a return. Make sure you give yourself enough time to fall in love with the new items.
• We advise using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. While we cover the return shipping costs for items that are incorrect or damaged, please be aware that return shipping for 'change of mind' reasons will be at your expense.
• All items must be returned in their original condition. Unused, clean and with the label still attached.
• Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of arriving back to our warehouse.
• Please note that the original order shipping costs are non-refundable.
